Easy ways to make the most of your new business checking account.



A business checking account is the key to making day-to-day transactions with ease. We want to make sure you have all the tools you need to maximize your account.
After you've opened your new business checking account, there are a few steps to take to ensure you're making the most of your new account:
- Enroll in Digital Banking¹ to manage your account and enroll in paperless statements. Choose Account Type — Business — and have your account and SSN/Tax ID numbers handy. Enrollment is fast and easy.
- Once you’re enrolled in Digital Banking, enroll in Zelle for your business. Bill Pay² and Mobile Deposit are also available in Digital Banking.
- Provide your new account information to businesses, vendors and customers that ACH or wire directly to your account.
- Update any automatic payments, deposits or automatic transfers with your new account number.
- Enroll in Overdraft Protection, and funds will be transferred at no charge. Contact your local branch or business banker to learn more.
- Plus make deposits anytime:
- Use a free ATM at any Associated Bank location.
- Order deposit tickets for branch or night deposits. Stop by your closest Associated Bank to get a key to enjoy the convenience of night deposit boxes.
- Want to enjoy the convenience of faster access to your cash and save the trip to the bank? Consider taking advantage of Remote Deposit or Associated Merchant Services. Contact your Banker to learn more.

Once your account is up and running, you can:
- Pay business bills² though Business Digital Banking¹.
- Be sure to keep our overdraft protection services³ in mind, should you need them!
- Update any automatic payments with your new business debit card.
- Enjoy convenient 24/7/365 automated phone access to your accounts. For phone access to your account(s):
- Call 800-728-3501.
- Press or speak the prompts to access your information.
- Enter the information requested. NOTE: You will need your new Associated Bank account number(s).
- Set up a security code for easier access in the future.
Plus, learn about our Business Savings, Money Market or Business Credit Card options, which you can conveniently link to your checking account for added protection like overdraft protection.
