Using the Latest Technology for Better Banking Experiences

Consumer Banking

Associated Bank customers enjoy the convenience of conducting their banking across multiple channels—including branches and ATMs, online and mobile banking and our award winning Midwest-based Customer Care Contact Center.

Recent Enhancements

We're proud to offer the Zelle® instant payments platform, making it easier for customers to instantly send money to their friends and family. Since upgrading to this service, we have seen a significant increase in transaction volume over our previous solution. Increased acceptance of online banking, mobile banking and e-commerce by consumers has led to greater use of person-to-person payment systems.

Additionally, Associated Bank became one of the first regional banks to offer contactless chip debit cards. This technology allows consumers to make fast, convenient and secure payments by simply tapping their debit card anywhere contactless payments are accepted. Increasing numbers of merchants now have contactless terminals at checkout. This same technology was also added to Associated Bank credit cards.

We're also working to make the purchasing process more convenient. Consumers can go online or use their mobile device to open a deposit account in less than five minutes. More and more consumer deposit accounts are now being opened online. Similarly, we offer online and mobile applications for consumer, mortgage and small business loans.

Business and Commercial Banking

A few of the tools available through Associated Connect include account reporting, funds transfers, positive pay and user administration.

We significantly updated our Associated Connect® business banking tool, to provide a better banking experience to business clients. This digital tool can help more efficiently manage day-to-day operations.

Our clients enjoy of full suite of customizable, digital banking solutions through Associated Connect®.

This single, sign-on platform can be accessed through any computer or digital device. Customers appreciate the ability to tailor menu items, create customer reports and specify which alerts to receive based on the unique needs of their business.

Innovation in Action: Path to the Pack

Branches don’t have to be boring. Especially in Titletown.

Green Bay Packers fans can enjoy a one-of-a-kind banking experience from our Path to the Pack branch.

In 2019, Associated Bank achieved another milestone in its 100-year history as the Bank of the Green Bay Packers with the opening of our Path to the Pack experiential branch in Titletown, a new community development just west of Lambeau Field.

The one-of-a-kind branch leads Packers fans through a progression of unique interactive experiences utilizing augmented reality elements where they can relive the history of the team and become a virtual Packers player.

In addition, the location offers the services of a traditional branch, a 24-hour ATM, a meeting room to host business clients, and a history wall showcasing our long-term history with America’s favorite team.
